🛒 Buying

Your money is held by YourMarketplace as a neutral third party. The seller is only paid once you confirm the item arrived as described. If it does not match, you get a full refund.
The service & escrow protection fee is 1% of the item price, with a minimum of $1.00 and no upper cap. It is the same for every payment method — it is not a surcharge attached to one particular method. If 1% of the item price works out to less than the minimum, the minimum applies instead. The exact amount is always itemised in your checkout summary before you pay.
All payments run through our payment provider and stay inside escrow. The methods available to you are listed at checkout — the exact line-up depends on your region and can change over time.
Open the Track Order page and enter your order number (it looks like YM-ORD-260716-A1B2C3). You can follow the order from payment to shipping to confirmation.
Inspect the item carefully within 48 hours (2×24 hours) of delivery. Do not press "As Described — Confirm Receipt". Instead, open the Track Order page and press "Not As Described — Request Refund", explain the problem, and upload your photos and unboxing video. Your money stays in escrow while our team reviews the case; if the item genuinely does not match, you are refunded in full. Remember: if you neither confirm nor complain within 48 hours, the item counts as accepted as described and the funds are released to the seller.
Yes — open the product page and press "Ask the Seller" to start a private chat inside YourMarketplace. For your safety, phone numbers, addresses, and invitations to deal off-platform are automatically redacted. Escrow protection and our refund guarantee only cover deals completed inside YourMarketplace.
Catalogue items are fixed price — first come, first served. For the rarest pieces we run open auctions, where the highest bidder sets the price.

🏷️ Selling

Submit your item with your own photos and proof of authenticity. Our curation team verifies it first; once it passes, the item goes live in the catalogue with a YourMarketplace certificate number.
The seller service fee is deducted from the sale price and is always shown before your item goes live. There are no hidden deductions.
Funds are released to your account once the buyer presses "Confirm Receipt", or once the confirmation window closes with no complaint.
Limited and authentic goods: rare trading cards (TCG), sneakers, limited-edition electronics, hyped apparel, watches, and collectible figures. Counterfeits, replicas, and illegal goods are rejected and will result in penalties.

🛡️ Safety & Verification

Every item is checked by a curator before it goes live — completeness, condition, and authenticity markers (stitching, labels, holograms, serial numbers, grading slabs). Items that pass receive a unique YourMarketplace certificate number shown on the product page.
The holo seal means the item has passed YourMarketplace curator verification and carries a certificate number you can look up.
Deals made off-platform have no escrow, no verification, and no refund guarantee. If the other party invites you to transact elsewhere, decline and report it to us.
